(一)抓学习,不断提高自身素质。

加强思想政治学习及专业知识学,提高政治素质。
在公司领导的带动下,我认真学习了公司相关精神和管理规定,并坚持专业学习。通过学习,我不仅提高了自身的政治素养,还增强了理论联系实际的能力。具体来说,我在计算机操作、物料管理等岗位知识上不断充实,确保自己能够胜任工作。 -
强化工作职能,搞好成品管理。
我主要负责砂、铝、粒三种成品的管理和处理。在工作中,我严格要求自己,保证入库、出库、领料数据的准确性。同时,积极协调物资发放,确保发货效率和质量。记得有一次,我加班加点处理一些粗心错误的问题,让同事觉得很负责,也让我意识到自己的工作确实做得很好。
(二)存在问题及明年工作计划

劳务队管理还需进一步加强,其人员的不确定性,工作模式的粗放化,为成品质量及发货效率都带来了极为滞后的不利因素。
由于劳务队管理不够规范,导致库存信息不对、订单提交不及时等问题。我认识到这一点后,计划加强劳务队管理,增加培训和指导,确保其人员稳定性。 -
市场信息收集不够详细。比如硅法发货,在无法控制其不合格品产生的情况下,应提供一定的客户回访,这样才能及时发现问题并做出调整。
在处理这种情况时,我立刻向 superior 联系,要求他们对原材料进行详细调查,并及时提供客户回访。这让我认识到,只有加强市场信息的收集和分析能力,才能保证仓库的稳定运营。 -
