仓库20xx年度的工作总结：

（一）抓学习，不断提高自身素质。

1. 加强思想政治学习及专业知识学，提高政治素质。
   在公司领导的带动下，我认真学习了公司相关精神和管理规定，并坚持专业学习。通过学习，我不仅提高了自身的政治素养，还增强了理论联系实际的能力。具体来说，我在计算机操作、物料管理等岗位知识上不断充实，确保自己能够胜任工作。

2. 强化工作职能，搞好成品管理。
   我主要负责砂、铝、粒三种成品的管理和处理。在工作中，我严格要求自己，保证入库、出库、领料数据的准确性。同时，积极协调物资发放，确保发货效率和质量。记得有一次，我加班加点处理一些粗心错误的问题，让同事觉得很负责，也让我意识到自己的工作确实做得很好。

（二）存在问题及明年工作计划

1. 劳务队管理还需进一步加强，其人员的不确定性，工作模式的粗放化，为成品质量及发货效率都带来了极为滞后的不利因素。
   由于劳务队管理不够规范，导致库存信息不对、订单提交不及时等问题。我认识到这一点后，计划加强劳务队管理，增加培训和指导，确保其人员稳定性。

2. 市场信息收集不够详细。比如硅法发货，在无法控制其不合格品产生的情况下，应提供一定的客户回访，这样才能及时发现问题并做出调整。
   在处理这种情况时，我立刻向 superior 联系，要求他们对原材料进行详细调查，并及时提供客户回访。这让我认识到，只有加强市场信息的收集和分析能力，才能保证仓库的稳定运营。

3. 库存数据的整理和核对是一个挑战。
